Our member city Guayaquil will host the Guayaquil Food Show 2026 on 11–12 September 2026, bringing together chefs, producers, entrepreneurs, students and gastronomy professionals from across Ecuador.
The programme includes live cooking, masterclasses, exhibitions and culinary competitions. Through Sabores del Ecuador, participating territories will showcase their products, recipes and traditions, highlighting the country’s rich gastronomic diversity.
The event will also create opportunities for knowledge exchange, professional development and emerging culinary talent—connecting gastronomy with territorial identity, entrepreneurship and tourism.
