Helsinki, Gothenburg, Montreal and Wrocław shine in the Michelin Guide 2026

Many of our member cities continue to be recognised by the prestigious Michelin Guide, strengthening their position as Food Capitals!

Many of our member cities continue to be recognised by the prestigious Michelin Guide, reflecting the strength, diversity and creativity of their culinary scenes.

The Boreal restaurant in Helsinki has been awarded its first star, whilst Latitude 25 in Helsinki and Bhoga in Gothenburg have been included in the renowned guide’s selection.

In Montreal, two restaurants have joined the city’s list of five one-star establishments >>

As for Wrocław, since it joined the Polish rankings last year, its gastronomic scene has continued to evolve and boasts two new Michelin-starred restaurants this year: BABA and Most.

We would also like to congratulate Busan, Lisbon and Lyon, whose outstanding culinary destinations have once again been recognised with Michelin stars this year, further strengthening their reputations as world-class food cities.

In addition, Pittsburgh and Puebla have achieved an important milestone by being added to the Michelin Guide for inspection, highlighting their growing gastronomic appeal and the exciting potential of their local food scenes.

Congratulations to all our member cities, which work alongside chefs, restaurateurs and hospitality professionals every day to nurture culinary talent, celebrate local food culture and create exceptional dining experiences for residents and visitors alike.
