The final round of One Dish for Malmö compteition will take place on August 18 to select the city's signature dish.

Organised by Malmö Food Council, One Dish for Malmö is a citywide competition to create Malmö’s official signature dish. Rooted in plant-based, local and sustainable ingredients, the initiative celebrates the city’s diversity, creativity and progressive food culture. After a public semi-final, the three finalists will compete live during the Malmö Festival on August 18. The winning dish will be named Malmö’s signature dish and serve as a culinary ambassador for the city.
