Our member city Trinidad, is sharing a call for chefs to identify a chef from one of The Food Capitals member cities to collaborate with local chefs during the National Cacao Meeting of Trinidad.
Food Capitals member representatives and chefs are invited to Gaziantep for the annual festival, panel discussions, and culinary collaborations between international chefs!
The Food Capitals members head to Manabí, Ecuador, for the 2nd World Gastronomy Summit, organised by our partners IGCAT. It's the perfect chance to get to know Portoviejo through a dedicated Study Tour from October 13-14, during which we will spend two days discovering our new member city, its gastronomy and its culinary scene.
