20:30 - Dinner: Local Flavors, Global Twist 

Guest chefs co-create dishes with local chefs throughout the day for show-cooking; some chefs work with Péndulo to create this night’s dinner.

Urban Farming, Innovation & Closing

11:00-12:00 Site Visit to a local farm 

12:00-15:30 Arroz de Castelldefels Experience (team building + lunch)  

Groups (of participants + guest chefs) learn to cook the Arroz with local chefs 

15:30 – 18:00: Free time OR Visit to Polytechnic University of Catalonia  

20:30: Closing Dinner Tapas Night and After Party (details coming soon…)
